Yes, you can purchase the box only, included in it is a gift card, ribbon, and
fillers

The whole process from your order to the shipping takes about 2-8 days,
depending on the complexity of your order

Innova provides delivery service through TCS outside Karachi and via a rider
within Karachi

Currently Innova is delivering within Pakistan only.

Absolutely, you can fill the delivery address with your recipient’s details and
we’ll send it directly to them

If you have special requests regarding specific delivery date or details of
your order, please kindly write it down in the note section during checkout or

You can pay via Bank Transfer, easypaisa, or JazzCash

Before shipping out the boxes, Innova will give the customer a picture of the
assembled and completed gift box. If the unfortunate happens during
deliveries, you can arrange the products as photographed in the picture

For Karachi, delivery charges are PKR 200 for smaller items and PKR 300 for
boxes, baskets and crates. For orders outside Karachi, delivery charges are PKR
300 for smaller items and PKR 550 for boxes.
