Ordering and Shipping Policy
- Orders are generally processed between 2-8 working days.
- For orders outside Karachi, orders are only considered confirmed for processing after full
payment is received. - For orders in Karachi, orders are only considered confirmed for processing after at least
50% payment is received. - For orders outside Karachi, we deliver via TCS. Place your orders a week in advance to
avoid delays. - Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, easypaisa and JazzCash.
- For all customer service queries, order follow ups, discrepancies or changes, please
contact us on WhatsApp at 03314448462. - These timelines may be affected during public holidays, rainy seasons, or any strikes.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We do not process refunds or exchanges.
- Your contact information / delivery details are only used to deliver your order. Please
ensure you enter correct and valid information for us to communicate with you.
